Dr. Céline Bilolo, EY Munich, Germany, will be awarded the Giorgio Behr Prize 2018 of the Institute of Accounting, Control and Auditing of the University of St.Gallen (ACA-HSG).
Dr. Céline Bilolo studied business from 2007 to 2012 and earned the German «Diplom» in Finance and Information from the University of Augsburg, Germany and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton, USA.
She pursued her doctoral studies at the University of St.Gallen from 2013 to 2017 and studied three trimesters in the DPhil Programme in Management at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Céline’s PhD thesis is entitled: «Legitimacy, Public Value & Capital Allocation».
After stations at Siemens AG in Supply Chain Management (2011) and DAB bank AG in Margin Trading (2011-2013), she joined Prof. Thomas Berndt’s chair of accounting at the University of St.Gallen as a research associate from 2013 to 2017.
She joined the Climate Change and Sustainability Services department at EY Munich, Germany, in July 2018 and focuses in her role as a manager on outcome measurement and valuation.
The Giorgio Behr Prize is endowed by Prof. em. Dr. Giorgio Behr and awards the best dissertations in the subject areas of the Institute of Accounting, Control and Auditing of the University of St.Gallen (ACA-HSG).
The official award ceremony of the ACA Prize in Financial Governance and the Giorgio Behr Prize took place on 8 November 2018 as part of the ACA Research Symposium at the University of St.Gallen.
