Asia Europe Executive Management Program

The Asia Europe Executive Management Program (AEEMP) is a collaborative endeavor organized by Tami Dinh and Minyue Dong. We offer tailor-made seminars for companies, executive education institutions and other organizations based in Asia and Europe. All seminars are held in English with the possibility for simultaneous translations in the respective Asian language.  

The objectives of the AEEMP are to:

• Harness the financial education and research capabilities organized by distinguished public universities in Switzerland to provide training for Asian executive managers;
• Provide Asian executives and entrepreneurs an opportunity to enhance their understanding on the European economic and business environment,  improve international leadership and management skills;
• Equip them with the latest knowledge of cross-border investment and management with global mindsets;
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and creativity among executives, strategically leveraging Asian and European strengths, while aligning their leadership with long-term, sustainable goals

The content of the seminars depends on the client’s preferences including but not limited to:

• International Accounting and Finance
• Cross-Border M&A and investment
• Innovation & Entrepreneurship
• AI in Fintech and Biotech
• Risk Management
• Branding

The training program is typically based on classroom theory and real-life industrial case studies and combines a variety of formats such as company visits, themed study tours and group discussions. The lectures are offered by a mix of university professors, executives and business experts.
